I’m Mila and I help women reconnect to themselves through coaching and connected breathwork, so they can build deeper self-trust, healthier relationships and a more authentic life.

Maybe you left the relationship, changed the job, started therapy, read the books and for a while, it feels like something might shift, but then you notice it again:The same relationship dynamics.The same self-doubt.The same fear of disappointing people.The same feeling that no matter how much you do, it's still not enough.
And it can start to feel confusing, because you are trying, but the beliefs you formed about yourself, the ways you learned to stay safe emotionally, the automatic responses your nervous system built over time haven’t changed.
They don’t disappear just because your circumstances do, so you find yourself living different versions of the same experience.
When you change what’s running underneath it all, everything outside starts to change too.

Most inner work focuses on the mind.You understand your patterns, name your triggers, reframe your thoughts and that's valuable.But the patterns that keep you people-pleasing, over-giving and abandoning yourself aren't stored in your thoughts...they live in your body. We work on three levels at once.
Mind
We go into what's actually driving the patterns. The beliefs, the childhood strategies, the stories you've been running. You start to see clearly why your life looks the way it does and what actually needs to change.
Body
Understanding your patterns isn't the same as changing them.
Through connected breathwork, we work with the nervous system where these patterns are stored. When your body stops expecting danger, it stops reaching for the same old coping strategies and you naturally start showing up differently.
Shift
Your energy changes. You stop performing and start showing up as yourself. And then it becomes clear, that the real shift was internal.
You can feel it in your body - in how much calmer and more grounded you are and in how naturally you stay connected to yourself even in relationship with others.
About mILA
For a long time, I genuinely thought I was just a certain kind of person. Someone who had to get everything right, who kept everyone happy and who stayed positive no matter what was going on inside.
I was the most empathetic person in every room and I used every ounce of that empathy for everyone except myself. I was disconnected from my body and couldn't make a single decision without asking someone else what they thought.
It took me years to understand that wasn't my personality. It was what I had learned - how to be, so that people would accept me.
At some point I started looking into what was actually happening. I trained in breathwork, nervous system regulation and trauma-informed coaching and along the way I started working with women who felt very familiar to me.
Women who were exhausted from trying to be everything for everyone, who looked perfectly fine on the outside but felt lost on the inside, who understood their patterns and yet still couldn't seem to change them.
If you're here, you probably already know something needs to shift. You don't have to explain yourself to me, because I already know what it costs to keep going down the same path you've been on so far.
